Working on a strength will give you a small gain, however, transforming a weakness into a strength will provide you with a major, potentially life-changing, gain.
In order to make these improvements you must first be willing to admit that you have weaknesses, and take steps toward learning and understanding what needs work.
Instead of making excuses for your weaknesses, use them as your guidelines for improvement. Do not resign to these, challenge yourself to find a way around it.
Always be realistic with yourself as to where you need help, and work fast toward your transformations.
