Work on standing up straight. Push your shoulders back and widen your stance. Hold your head high and believe that you are in a position of power. We all know that our mind affects our body. But the opposite is also true. Your body action will affect your mind. Hang on until you catch on. Let your actions dictate your feelings. This will not be easy but continue acting better than you feel. Change your body language and you will change the way others perceive you as well as the way you feel.
