Now follow through the rest of the day with a plan and a purpose. Right your plan down or you will never have one. It is hard to commit to something that doesn’t exist. It might be in your head but you need to create it on paper. Now you must understand that your feelings are going to test your commitment but if your commitment remains your top priority over how you feel, you will eventually get the results you desire. This will only happen if you show up and engage in the moment every day. You are either present or not but there is no in between. You can go all in or hold back but there is no middle. Now, wake up tomorrow and commit to your plan to go all in and remain focused in the moment.
