2. You must work twice as hard to get half as far as everyone else.
3. Focus on what you can control. Do not even waste 30 seconds of your time talking about something you have control over.
4. Understand that you will always fall back on the habits you have created. If you fail to reach a goal, get up and re-attack it tomorrow.
5. Stop with the excuses! That includes not letting others make them for you!
