People who have achieved greatness do not have a habit of being great one out of five days. They are committed to excellence every day and it is a part of who they are. They are consistently able to perform through their personal development plan. Their identity is tied into their habits.
Start by taking a few things and making sure you do them every day. It is important to do a little a lot not a lot a little. Break your habit of being average. That day is going to come where you might not feel like accomplishing your list of things. Do it anyways. Act differently than you feel. From here you will be able to take on new habits. But you must break your old ones first. Now you are on your way to achieving your goals.
