Next you must have a strategy. If your strategy has not worked in the past, I suggest you find a new one. Research, study, ask others who have had success to help you find the best strategy. Sometimes the strategy is easier than you think, you just have to find it.
Now put your strategy into action with bounce back ability. Do it every day until it becomes engrained into your lifestyle and becomes a great habit. As I mentioned before, our habits become our behavior. Our behavior shapes our character. And our character will lead us to our outcome.
Most people think they can probably achieve something, but the great believe they will achieve whatever it is they are after. I am asking you to believe in your plan. It may not work today, or even tomorrow, but small wins day after day will lead you to your desired outcome.
