Always rely on what you know and the reactions and instincts you have created. If you are not prepared, then quite honestly you already shouldn't be here. There is no plan B. You are going to win with plan A or learn how to make it better.
2. Redefine pressure!
Look at pressure as an opportunity to challenge yourself as opposed to something that might define you i this temporary moment. This is the greatest challenge on earth and you are excited to be the one to overcome it.
You hear this a lot but everything starts with mindset. Tell yourself how great you are. You must believe in the process, crave the outcome and visualize yourself achieving greatness. This is what separates the unstoppable from the great. This must be part of your routine for it to work in pressure situations.
This is not your only shot for success. In fact, this moment will only be temporary. Stay in the moment. Remember that the future is where anxiety comes from and the past creates regret. Breathe and keep yourself in the zone!
